48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be courteous and give notice when you cannot keep your appointment.  There is a long waiting list of new and current clients who would appreciate your time slot.

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than a 48-hour notice will result in:

•  $50 charge for 1 hour sessions
•  $75 charge for 90 minute or 2 hour sessions

Cancellations made within 24 hours or less of scheduled appointment time will result in client being charged for full service which must be paid immediately.

Please note: If three massage appointments are cancelled consecutively or three are cancelled within a 6-month period, future appointments will be forfeited and
client will be discharged from the practice.  

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

• Late arrival may result in a shortened session without a reduction in cost. 
• Late session due to therapist will result in lost time credited to client's account or a pro-rated cost for the session.
• Failure to arrive within 15 minutes after appointment time is considered a no-show and appointment may be forfeited.  

TIPS

• Tipping is greatly appreciated.  It may be given as cash or personal check.

PAYMENT

• Full payment is expected when services are rendered.  
• Payment may be via cash or personal check.

RETURNED CHECK CHARGES

A returned check fee of $25, in addition to the cost of service, must be paid immediately.

APPOINTMENTS

            Massage appointments are Non-transferable (no exceptions).
