48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be courteous and give notice when you cannot keep your appointment. There is a long waiting list of new and current clients who would appreciate your
time slot.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than a 48-hour notice will result in:
- $50 charge for 1 hour sessions
- $75 charge for 90 minute or 2 hour sessions
1st time: cancellation fee will be charged
2nd time: service cost and cancellation fee will be charged
3rd time: service cost and cancellation fee will be charged along with possible discharge as a client
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
- Late arrival may result in a shortened session without a reduction in cost.
- Late session due to therapist will result in lost time credited to client's account or a pro-rated cost for the session.
- Failure to arrive within 15 minutes after appointment time is considered a no-show and appointment may be forfeited.
TIPS
- Tipping is greatly appreciated, but entirely optional. It may be given as cash, personal check, Zelle, credit or debit card.
- Use of a credit/debit card will include a $3 convenience fee.
PAYMENT
- Full payment is expected when services are rendered.
- Payment may be via cash, personal check, Zelle, credit or debit card.
- Use of a credit/debit card will include a $3 convenience fee.
RETURNED CHECK CHARGES
A returned check fee of $25, in addition to the cost of service, must be paid immediately.
APPOINTMENTS
Massage appointments are Non-transferable (no exceptions).
